ORGANIC SHAKE, SMOOTHIE AND TEA RECIPES TO KICKSTART YOUR DAY
ORGANIC SHAKE, SMOOTHIE AND TEA RECIPES TO KICKSTART YOUR DAY
Just because many of us no longer have to get up early for a long commute doesn’t mean it’s any easier to get everything done before our day starts.
In fact, some of us might have developed the habit of staying in bed until the very last minute, getting up just in time to grab a cup of coffee or an energy drink before logging on.
But the old saying is true: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Not only does it jumpstart your brain to help with clear thinking and concentration, it will likely help you make healthier choices throughout the day.
Breakfast drinks are easy and efficient
It doesn’t have to be super involved or take a lot of time, either. Smoothies, shakes and other nutrient-filled drinks are the easiest way to ensure you’re getting some sustenance that delivers what your body needs.
Just make sure you have a blender and a ready supply of some key ingredients and you can have a nutrient-dense concoction that will check off several boxes on your daily nutrient checklist in a few minutes.
Those ingredients include your chosen milk or milk alternative, juices, frozen or fresh fruit, flavorings like herbs and spices, and your main nutrient source, like superfood powders, protein powders and any other ingredients you might want to toss in.
The Nutrilite™ brand has a new line of USDA certified organic products to help ensure your smoothie or shake not only has the nutrients you want, but that it is free from unwanted synthetics, fillers, chemicals and pesticides. They are also vegan and non-GMO. The Nutrilite Organics products include rich, wholesome plant nutrients from certified organic Nutrilite farms and partner farms.
